Questions
Can't I just check a maps app?
You can check one departure time at a time. A full picture of one route is about 240 lookups: every 15 minutes, both directions, seven days. The report does all of them and shows you the pattern, including which days are worse and exactly when traffic builds and clears.
Where do the numbers come from?
Predicted drive times from a historical traffic model, by day of week and time of day, for your exact route. It's a typical week. One-off crashes, weather and events aren't in it.
How accurate is it?
It reflects typical conditions. Expect real days to vary by a few minutes either way, and more during holidays or major events. The shape of the curve (when it builds, when it peaks, which days are worst) is the reliable part.
I work nights or odd shifts. Does it work for me?
Yes. Before you open your report you pick the hours you leave for work and the hours you head home, any time of day or night, including windows that run past midnight. Each window covers 4 hours in 15-minute steps.
How long can I view my report?
Each time your report opens, it runs about 240 live traffic lookups. To keep costs and computing down, it opens 3 times in 30 days. Take a screenshot to keep your copy.
How fast do I get it?
Right away. Your private report page opens as soon as you pay. Bookmark it, because that link is how you come back to it.
What about transit, biking or school drop-off?
Reports are for driving between one home and one workplace right now.

Delivery
Reports are digital. Your private web report opens as soon as your payment goes through, and the same link brings you back to it. The report can be opened 3 times within 30 days of purchase. Nothing is shipped. Every purchase is one-time and there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Refunds
If you're not happy with a report, email us at the address above within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.
Privacy
We collect your email address and the street addresses you submit, and we use them only to produce and deliver your report. We don't sell or share your information. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see your card number. Email us and we'll delete your order details.
Terms
Reports show predicted drive times under typical traffic, based on historical patterns. They are estimates for planning, not guarantees, and real conditions vary with crashes, weather, events and road work. Commute Checker is not liable for decisions made using a report. Prices are in US dollars.
